Samples
Q: Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?
A: Yes, we strongly recommend checking samples first to verify quality, hand feel, and workmanship. Please note that samples are not free. You will need to cover the sample cost and shipping charges. The sample cost will be confirmed based on the complexity of the item.
Q: If I place a bulk order later, will the sample cost be deducted?
A: Generally, the sample cost is separate. However, for substantial orders, we may consider deducting the sample cost from the deposit. Please discuss this with our sales team when you are ready to confirm the price.

Q: How do I get a price quote?

Q: What are the payment terms?
A: Our standard process is to sign a contract and pay a deposit to begin production. The balance payment is required before we arrange shipment. We accept common payment methods like T/T (telegraphic transfer). Specific terms can be negotiated during order confirmation.
Delivery & Shipping
Q: What is the lead time for production?
A: The lead time depends on the order complexity and quantity.
Sample Time: Usually 5–10 days after mold/pattern development (if needed) or sample approval.
Bulk Production Time: Typically 20–40 days after deposit confirmation, depending on the order size and production schedule. We will confirm the exact estimated delivery time when you place the order and reconfirm it during the middle of production.
Q: Can I track my order during production?
A: Yes! We keep our clients updated throughout the process:
Initial Stage: We inform you once we receive the deposit and start preparing samples or production.
Middle Production: We will send you photos of the production line so you can see your products being made. We will also reconfirm the estimated delivery time.
Q: How will my order be shipped, and what documents will I receive?
A: Once we receive the balance payment, we will arrange shipment immediately. We will provide the tracking number and, if needed, send the original shipping documents (or arrange telex release) so you can clear customs and receive the goods.
Quality & After-Sales Service
Q: What happens if some items are damaged during shipping?
A: We are sorry to hear that! Please follow our "Warm Tip": When you receive the goods, please check them immediately. If you find any broken or damaged items, please take clear pictures and count the exact quantity within 3 days of receipt. We will deal with the problem as soon as possible (e.g., replacement or credit).
